Hello,

I just wanted to document my combo of both letrozole, Clomid and Black Cohosh success.

Last month after 3 years of ttc I conceived on a half dose of a combo of Clomid and Letrozole. I took one pill each on days 3-5. I chickened out and stopped and didn’t continue through cycle day 7. I ended up getting a rise in lh which failed. However a week later I ovulated. On 9 dpo I received a positive pregnancy test, however 6 days later I had a chemical miscarriage.

Well, I decided to start a full strong cycle with lots of research I had done. I created my own protocol. I took :

Pomegranate extract for lining from CD : 1-11

Black Cohosh On CD : 1-13 (supposedly increases chances of implantation, stronger ovulation & helps with progesteorne after ovulation)

Clomiphene & Letrozole on CD: 3-5 (50 mg Clomid) (2.5mg Femara)

Clomiphene & Letrozole on CD 6 (100mg Clomid) (5 mg femara)

Clomiphene & Letrozole on CD 7 (50mg Clomid) (2.5 mg femara)

Through the cycle I took a baby aspirin, beet root, L-Arginine for blood flow and plan to continue through pregnancy

On CD 13 I received a positive lh and O on cd 14

On cd 17 I began progesterone suppositories & continue until 16 weeks or whenever doc comfortable suggests I do.

I am now 5 weeks pregnant. This combo got me pregnant back to back twice in a row. My HCG levels are great and I have dye stealers now.

I don’t know if this protocol is safe as I already ovulate on my own but I will update in a week if I am having twins but my pregnancy symptoms are strong and I’m out of breath and my levels are high so we will see. If anyone has questions about this protocol you may comment,

I was not monitored with ultrasounds and I had these meds prescribed but I was not being monitored which I understand how unsafe this was but I’m so thankful to have my rainbow baby 🌈 🤰🏻✨💝
