Hcg levels not rising much

I went to the ER today due to spotting red, nothing more since but I got my levels checked again they were 75000

And my last check was 2 weeks ago and they were 15000. According to lmp I’m 8+6

Do you think it’s a start to a miscarriage!?

They seen no signs of blood on my ultrasound, and I am going back tomorrow but doesn’t seem promising to me..

Didn’t see a heartbeat but could be to small doctor said, he thought baby might have been moving around to, but again not sure.
