How In the hell do I get my smell back

And taste

Literally everything I eat and smell all has a burnt smell or taste like someone burned a backwood in my house as a incent

I’m 12 weeks pregnant. I got Covid at 9 weeks and it’s been a whole month and still no smell or taste if I had a choice I WOULDENT eat but I have to for my baby

Literally everything makes me gag and my house just stinks to me , I’ve tried candles air freshener everything & the burnt smell just lingers & it’s the same taste for my food I just wanna throw up

HOW THE HECK DO I GET MY SMELL AND TASTE BACK
