Induce methods??

Question

So I’m 37weeks and some change and I get induced next week but I’m scared of getting induced because I heard mixed stories… I’m trying to find ways to safely self induce my labor I tried everything nothing is working I’m already 3.5cm dilated please don’t get on here saying “he’ll come when he wants” I’m just simple looking for things to try that worked for you guys negative comments will be deleted 🙇🏽‍♀️

Just please stay away from castor oil and the midwives brew!
Sex, spicy food and walking may help but truly baby won’t come unless they’re ready no matter what you try.

The only thing that worked for me after 4 inductions way clery sage oil, mix it with olive oil or almod oil only a couple drops is needed and rub on ur belly, u can also add to ur bath water again only a few drops. U can also use the mix to rub on breast (not nipples) to increase milk supply, this was only thing that worked for me. 🙂
I will also be induced btwn 37-39 weeks due to hypertension.

I’ve been wondering the same thing. I’m not dilated at all and I’m 38 weeks. And scheduled to be induced in 10 days but want to go into labor naturally

Lots of squats! It opens up your pelvic floor. Stay hydrated & if you are allowed (ask!) eat before you deliver. I would’ve had no energy if my husband hadn’t made me eat a granola bar before delivery😆. I was induced with my first b/c of preeclampsia & my little guy was little & my uterus also wasn’t growing enough (he was 5 lbs 8 oz!). The best advice I got was to focus on relaxing every single muscle in my body with each contraction. Once I did that things actually progressed. And keep your mouth relaxed- it really does help(thanks Ina May Garten- it’s one thing she really got right!). Exhale completely before pushing. Don’t be afraid of an epidural- it  positively changed everything for my sister- especially if using pitocin. 
Do have a birth plan, but know how far you’re willing to flex- things can change quickly in labor & delivery- & that’s ok. Follow the Vagina Whisperer on Instagram- she has amazing tips. It was nerve-wracking for me too. I think my induction lasted 8 hrs(only w/ prostaglandin gel)- w/ my water breaking spontaneously. You can do this- one breath at a time. Contractions are just your uterus helping move baby down so you don’t have to work as hard!
