Cramping

So I don’t know exactly how far along I am. App says 7 weeks 1 day but I ovulated on CD18. So not sure. I’ve been having some cramps for the past few days. No spotting but I’m just starting to worry. The cramps are a little stronger than being mild and makes my legs hurt. Been feel nauseous all day too. Just wondering if I should go get checked out? Second pregnancy and trying not to worry..
