I know I will get a lot of hate on the name but she will be named after my cousin who passed from AML at just 6 years old. Her name was Hannah Leann 💗

I think it's a really nice name why not make it 3 names tho hanna lee grace I actually was the minority that though brielle was a nice second name but nothing wrong wity this name

Maybe you could consider using just one of the names—Hannah, Leann, or Lee—as a middle name instead of a first name. 
Faye Leann, Brielle Hannah, Brielle Leann, Jade Hannah, Jade Leann, Leann Grace, etc.
Not sure how close you are with the parents and how often you will be seeing them. I just wonder that even if they say it’s okay, it may be hard having that as the first name for them. Whatever you decide, it is a very nice thing to do for remembrance. Sorry for your loss.
