Help please
Hi mommas I am 7 weeks and am so sick I can hardly function. I don’t have a doctors appointment for another 5 days and Nothing is helping ease it. Does anyone have anything that actually worked for them? I can’t even sleep it’s so bad I wake up and puke 🥺😢
