Possible miscarriage ?

I haven’t had my period in a little over a year, I struggle with pcos and constant irregular periods. My partner and I want to have a baby so bad and we’ve been trying lots of things to boost my fertility. About 1 month ago I finally had a positive ovulation test and I’ve taken a pregnancy test every week since but they were all negative. Last night I started to have some of the most intense cramps I’ve ever experienced and this morning I’m heavily bleeding with worsening cramps in my lower back and abdomen. Some of my clots were red with white/greyish colors too… does this mean a miscarriage? I’m so confused😢
