Earache, teething, or sleep regression?!?

Help!!! My baby (almost 8 months) has been doing so good with sleep but bam! It’s like curve ball after curve ball. He started having bad naps, then dropped one hooray, but he’s been waking up at 1 in the morning and won’t go back to sleep. I feed him, he acts tired, but when I lay him down again he screams bloody murder! 😩 help! He’s had earaches before but normally won’t accept the bottle and now he is, he already has the bottom teeth, it’s so hard to know. I don’t know if I should take him to the doctor or not for an earache or what? Help ladies. We are losing our minds lol 😂😭

My son, who is now 2.5, used to get pretty frequent ear infections as a baby. His only symptom every time was trouble sleeping. Laying down caused pressure on his ear. If you think pain could be causing it definitely call the doctor just in case! They always acted like there was no way he could have an ear infection on the phone because he never pulled on his ears or ran a fever, but every time I called thinking he had one he did!

No advice, but we are going through it to. There is a sleep regression at 8 months. I can also see about 4 teeth coming through for my baby and she already has her 2 bottom teeth. Never hurts to call the doctor though if you want to rule out an ear infection . Hang in there, it's so tough!

Sounds like teething to me! My little guy tugs on his ears and stuff when his teeth hurt and can’t sleep. When they teeth their whole heads hurt, headache and earaches and common when teething. What helped my son was lots of cold teethers and a half dose of Tylenol before bed.
