I got a mild case of Covid and noticed my milk supply slowly tanking. What can I do to keep it up

A ton of water, make sure you're eating enough, and either nurse or pump every 2 hours. Avoid anything eith fenugreek in it.

Fenugreek can help supply in some women BUT the amount of women it helps is very small. You also have to be taking enough of it to literally make you smell like maple syrup in order for it to help. Its far more likely to hurt your supply than it is to help. Also, before 12 weeks, you really shouldn't be taking any supplements anyways.

Lots of water and mother’s milk tea seems to help me. Sorry to hear you got Covid!
