Positive test?

I took the test waited two minutes, didn't see anything although I wasn't looking very hard I sat it in the counter,  came back 10 mins later an the test looks like this. The package said after 10 mins the test is bad. So I'm hoping it's not an evap , what do yall think?

I don’t trust blue dye. I would try again with a pink test

Evaps do have colour firstly - sorry.
As you don't know whether this appeared in the timeframe I would recommend you retest a stay with the test until the full time is up.
