Miscarriage

Hi I had a miscarriage a few days ago, and passed it all naturally. ( very heavy bleeding with lots of clots) when I had a scan the following day he said nothing was left in the womb which was lucky as I didn’t want to have any procedures. He said there was a small bit of tissue in my cervix left to come which I think has already passed and my bleeding is really only spotting now which I know is normal for a week or so. The consultant mentioned a couple of times that my womb lining was thin but he didn’t push any further or want to look into it, I didn’t pick up on it until it played in my head after I left the room. Is this normal for it to become thinner after loosing it all and it gradually builds back up again? He didn’t seem concerned but my brain over working keeps thinking about it ? Keep thinking is there something wrong? Xx thanks in advance
