Just got diagnosed with PCOS😢
Hey guys, I don’t know much about this condition yet but I wanted to know if anyone could provide me with some helpful tips for living with PCOS. It stands for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome: ppl usually have high levels of male sex hormones (androgen) and many small cysts on the ovaries.
I have been super depressed, not feeling myself, I gained weight, and now my periods are irregular.
