Long shot question/rant

Out of curiosity has anyone gotten pregnant even if your husband/partner has low sperm count? We’ve been seen about our secondary infertility. I have 2 follicles noted at my last appointment just off clomid. Doctor said to go ahead with trying. Never mentioned my husband’s low count this time, as if it hasn’t been an issue and shouldn’t matter. IUI end of this month if I’m not pregnant. Anyway we had sex almost every day to every other. Didn’t test for ovulation 😩 I’m already feeling discouraged. I’m keeping fingers crossed there’s still a chance. Anyone relate or close to the same situation? I’m stressing myself silly.
