Also how long are you meant to wait to read an opk

I recommend checking out the book “Taking Charge of Your Fertility.” So helpful to under tracking BBT and understanding your cycle when TTC.

Check out the BBT group on here. They have a pinned poster with a few articles. It’s really intimidating to me for some reason but reading those articles has helped me understand better

There are tons of tutorials online about BBT - I would research those as not every one here who talks about BBT knows what they are talking about. 
For OPKs, I wait until the dye stops moving, usually 3-5 minutes.
