i’ve been on lo loestrin fe birth control for probs around 3 years now. i usually have periods that last 3-4 days with minimal cramps and bleeding. however, last month lasted about 2 weeks and felt like the worst cramps i’ve had in my life. i felt terrible even with ibuprofen and heating pads. now i should start my period tomorrow and already am having pretty intense cramps so i’m afraid it’ll be another bad month.

how normal is it to have random intense periods while on bc?
