Hi mommas, I am currently 34 weeks pregnant with my very first baby and due to some significant issues with my cervix I’m almost 100% likely going to have to have a C section is what my doctor told me. After the discussion and outweighing the more risks there are for me doing natural birth I agreed that a planned c section is best. However I’m super nervous I’ve never had any surgeries or operations in my life and now I will have a newborn baby boy after such an operation. What is recovery time like? Did you need a lot of extra help afterward around the house/with the baby? Are walking up stairs really hard? Trying to get things planned spit 😭
