I need help…

So about 2-3 days ago I took two 6 day early results pregnancy test and they both came out negative. Now I’m 2 days late on my period and my breast are so sore and sensitive that just moving or the slight touch to them it hurts. And my nipples are starting to grow these little pimples/bumps on them? My husband also pointed out the around my nipples, it’s getting darker. Could my test have been false negatives and I’m actually pregnant or? Please someone help me. 😔
