Chronic UTIs

The past 2 years i’ve had chronic UTIS, at-least one or two a month caused by sex. They thought it was caused by my partner at first, but when we broke up and I started dating again, the issues still happened. I thought it was the condoms, I went latex free and that didn’t help. I now have kidney damage due to an untreated UTI which became a severe kidney infection that hospitalized me for 2 days. I’ve seen 2 urologists, even had surgery to dilate my urethra (they believed my urethra was to narrow) but I still seem to get them when I have sex.

-Currently after I have sex, I take a shower, pee, and wash with a special type of womens soap.

-Daily I take a womens urinary probiotic and D-Mannose. I tried Uqora, to no avail it didn’t benefit me in any way.

Wanted to see if any other ladies have any ideas. All these came from my urologist as precautions. I am so tired of being afraid to have sex with my partner.
