How do you "get out of your head" during sex?

I can't get into any part of foreplay or sex. I'm always in my head thinking about how I look, sound, smell, etc., and it's all so fake, as if I'm acting out a sex scene in a movie.

I suggest meditation and pranayama. But if you can't get out of your head, at least flip the script. Tell yourself how sexy and hot you look, tell yourself you're the most beautiful woman in the world and you deserve to feel good. Tell yourself positive things about your partner too "I love it when my partner (fill in the blank). Eventually, you can begin saying them out loud to your partner which will really rev things up. "I feel you good when you..." "You make me feel so sexy and beautiful" stuff like that.
