Yes! Was on depo for years got off took a whole year to get pregnant then miscarried. Took a year later and had my son. Same story for my other. This time I'm pregnant and was on depo for about 5 years, switched to iud and body rejected that. 8 months later and here I am 6 weeks 5 days.
pregnancy help
hey guys! so, i got my last depo shot in december 2021. i’ve been on depo since september 2020. i’ve seen alot or post online saying that some women struggle to get pregnant up to a year after coming off of depo. i spoke to my doctor and he said i could be pregnant by april, no later than june. march will be the last month my depo shot is in my system. anybody have an experience with trying to get pregnant after depo? it would be greatly appreciated! tia!

I was on the depo from 2012-2015 and couldn't get pregnant until 2017 and the first pregnacy I had ended in miscarriage!! Depo is not a 10 put of 10 recommendation! I would go with the implant in the arm. I able to carry to term twice after my miscarriage however and I am pregnant with another now but it took us 3 years now to get this baby. I have not been on any other birth control since depo in 2015 so in my personal opinion it is not a safe birth control.
