I need help please hcg test

I am 3 days late. ovulation peak on opk on 12/18 so I ovulated around the 18th/19th I did have cramps and fertile cm those days. I have tested positive at home I did get blood test today (which should be 16dpo) and they came back at 382.4. I usually have a 36 days cycle so I can’t use the pregnancy calculator because it’s usually off by a week since I don’t even ovulate until like cycle day 21/22 here is my calendar for reference. But my question is does the blood test seem low? What were y’all’s hcg levels at 16/17dpo? I go back Thursday to do another blood test to see if it’s doubling
