You didn’t ovulate when you got your positive opk.  looks like ovulation is cd18 or cd19. You should get Fertilty friend it’s way more accurate then glow.

Looks like you might have ovulated on cd19 which would make you 4dpo? 
Consider putting your temps in an app called fertility friend, it’s much better at marking ovulation than glow

No that’s not how that is supposed to look. It should show a triphasic shift in temperatures, low during your period then jump up at ovulation and continue to rise till your period comes again or stay high if pregnant. 3 different phases of temperatures. You need to test every day immediately upon waking up before having moved. The period between your period and ovulation should show a cover line or average temp phase that you will be above after ovulation. You need to use a bbt digital thermometer that shows your temp to the hundredth degree, so 98.16 and you have to log the entire number for accuracy everyday. Good luck this cycle but from the logged temps I’m not sure you ovulated. You might want to double check with ovulation test strips also.
