Tired of waiting

My boyfriend and I have been together for almost 4 years, when we turned 2 we talked ALOT about getting married, now when I bring it up he'll just say 'soon babe' and that's been going on for 1 year. We have really good jobs, we finished college, we can afford an apartment, we each have our truck, we love to work and everything's fine. Except for the fact that he never popped the big question. I'm getting tired of waiting, I don't want to be married when we're turning 10+ years of being in a relationship :(
