When does your BBT drop if not pregnant?

I don't know why I am not able to insert picture of my bbt chart here..i am 10 DPO today and my temps have remained high little bit higher than after ovulation..i was wondering when does the temp drop if not pregnant and is still having a high temp a good sign of pregnancy? We have BDed all my fertile days and i have some symptoms too..

Usually it’s 1-2 days before the onset of a period, but it can stay elevated 3 days into a period. It varies and is different for everyone. General rule of thumb (via Glows own articles) is if it stays elevated past 15dpo, it could indicate pregnancy, whereas a drop after that time…a period.

I don't think they always drop. My cycle started yesterday and my temps are still elevated.

Every cycle is different. This past cycle, my temp dropped the day my period came. In previous cycles, my temp has stayed elevated until my period was over. Temps confirm ovulation, less helpful in determining if you’re pregnant

Ok so i can't do anything but wait untill 14/15 dpo right is there any other way to confirm pregnancy other than tests?

For me usually the day before or the day of AF

For me it varies cycle to cycle. Some cycles it will drop 2 days before AF, others it doesn't drop until the day of AF
