Is this miscarriage or decidual cast??

I’m 6 weeks pregnant and started having bleeding like my period and bad cramps last night. I just passed this. Is this typical when you have a miscarriage? I don’t know what this is. I am still having bleeding and cramping. I have an appointment at my OB tomorrow and already knew I was having a miscarriage or ectopic. I’m just not really knowing what to do or feel at this moment
