Sleep training?

My 10 month old is still waking up at least 2 times a night to eat and lately he has been waking up and staying up for hours and I’m utterly exhausted going to work. Any recommendations? He has always coslept with me so I don’t know how the letting him just cry it out would work. Any moms tried Mom on Call or Taking Cara babies for their baby over 6 months??

Honestly just use taking cara babies free info to help you make a plan you’re comfortable with. Also look into @mamas.need.sleep, @babysleepdr, @the.peaceful.sleeper on IG. Compile their info and do what you feel comfortable with!!!

i was told by my baby’s pediatrician to put the baby in the crib, they baby wakes up not out of hunger but just habit, she told me to only interfere when its real deal crying and its lasted more than 5 min, because they do fake cry / whine. it worked for me i just now been able to sleep more this past week😩

My baby hasn't slept through the night at all but recently she's been having really bad nights.. she sleeps in her crib but lately every time I put her down she instantly wakes up.  My husband and I are TIRED! We don't know what to do either

Honestly, momma...don't pay for anything. Sleep training isn't rocket science, it just isn't fun. We used extinction with both of my kiddos around 5 months old. Took one night with each. They've slept 12-13 hours a night ever since. People on this app will hate on you...but everyone deserves sleep. Babies and parents both thrive more when well rested. If you're down for like one hard night (usually an hour or so of crying), it will change your life. 
...and no, it's not traumatizing or abuse. 🤦‍♀️
