How much of everything have you got?

Question

We’ve bought clothes and stuff for the baby but I’m wondering how many of each have you bought?
We’ve got a few of everything from newborn-9-12months but I feel like we need more of some things than others. Feeling underprepared to be honest! (first baby)
How many sleep suits, body suits, socks, cardigans, bed sheets, sleep sacks etc have you bought?

We have a TOONNN of clothes because my first was a girl so at my shower with her I just got so many clothes. Just realized we have no newborn diapers though 🤣 oh goodness third child woos. It’s been 3 yrs since we had a baby and somehow it’s just hard to remember everything I will need!

I have 4 footed sleepers/2 long sleeve onesies/4 pants in size newborn. I have quite a few summery clothes in newborn size as well because my first was born at the end of April and wore newborn clothes for 2 months. I know realistically I probably won’t use them though. I have 15 footed sleepers/7long sleeve onesies/7-8 pants/several non-footed rompers in 0-3. I also have several summer rompers in 0-3, same reason as above, but don’t expect to use them. I know I have more than I need since this is my second, but I like buying baby clothes and we kept everything from our first.

We used a lot of onsies, one piece sleepers, socks, and burp cloths...that's really all I dressed my son in until at least 6 months. I received a lot of sheets but really only use two...one on the mattress the other in the wash/dresser.

I only like to dress my baby in footed sleepers. So easy to change, no socks required, and has mittens attached. I have 20 newborn ones. Which seems like a lot but I don’t want to do laundry all the time and I have small babies. My son was in newborn for 2 months

My first child went through around 3 baby grows/vests a day. So maybe get like 10 of those so you’re not having to do a wash every day x
