What will happen at my obgyn appointment?

So my husband and I been trying for a year now and no luck. My first 2 kids I got pregnant right away but now my youngest is 8 years old. I'm 33 years old. My periods are every 27 to 27 days. I been tracking when I'm ovulating every month and taking my vitamins. But my question is what will happen at this appointment? I just got a pap smear a few months ago.

They’ll probably run day 3-5 bloodwork so if you start your period before the appointment call then and ask them to schedule the bloodwork anyways. Most doctors will do that. It’s the first step any fertility checkup has been for me and others I know.
