Flu like symptoms- tested Negative for Covid and flu but fever is elevated. Also positive ovulation test. Anyone else have this happen?

If you confirmed ovulation 11 days ago and you have another positive now, you could be pregnant! I took an OPK at 9dpo and it was way darker than usual when I test after ovulation. I ended up taking a pregnancy test and it was positive!
