Restrictive Fasting in Early Pregnancy
So for the past for years (except for last year) I’ve always started my year w the Daniel fast. It’s a 21 day fast that pretty restrictive. Where it’s vegan w no processed foods and Drinking but water. I know that is technically heathy, but for someone who eats meat I’m a little scared it may be unhealthy for me if pregnant. I’m 2 days late on my period and just got a positive test today. I’m only 3 days into the fast and just want to make sure I’m not harming my baby if I really am pregnant. I was hoping to get some advice on what I should do? Is it safe? Should I modify it and add meat/ seafood back in to meet my protein intake?
