Can my primary care doctor prescribe me birth control or does my ob have to?

Your primary care doctor can! A nurse practitioner prescribed me mine since my primary doctor was on maternity leave.

Either one. Personally I don’t get birth control from my in person doctors anymore. I get mine from online. It’s free with insurance and super easy.
