4D ultrasound at 13 weeks, boy/girl??

I had an ultrasound at 13W2D to make sure everything was ok since I had high fevers in early pregnancy. Tech had one image that looked like a boy but the 4D looks like a girl?? She said the tail is usually gone by 12 weeks but it looked like it either still had a tail or it was a penis?? Guess I’ll just have to be patient! But now I’m kinda worried if it does still have a tail?! Wtf! Our blood test said girl but it was wrong last pregnancy (said a boy and it was a girl) .
