Can I Stop Checking CM?

CM?" /> I haven't checked my CM since 3dpo. Should I still be checking it daily? Currently at 7dpo and accidentally symptom spotting. Wondering if my CM would be helpful to chart right now or if I should just wait until my next cycle and chart it then?

It doesn't hurt but I see women on here reading too much into it. I didn't notice a change in my cm until the day I missed my period.
