Low heart rate postpartum

Anyone else experience this? I’m ranging 50-80 but always sitting in the 50s heart rate wise, went to hospital twice for apparent high blood pressure just for it to be normal while in the ER? I’m so confused. They drew blood and did all sorts of labs and everything was normal. What is going on? Has anyone experienced this? I keep thinking I’m going to die. All jokes aside..
