13 months & not walking

My youngest will be 13 months old on the 12th & isn't walking yet. She started fully crawling at 5 months, walking along furniture at 6 & a half months, but she KNOWS she's the baby & abuses her baby powers lol. She will walk with a walking toy that she has to hold onto as well. But if you hold her hands & try to get her to walk with you she just drops to dead weight & fake cries because she just does not want to lol. My oldest started walking at 13 months, my other ones all started walking before a year (she's the baby out of 6). The dr said he's not worried, unless she's not walking by 15 months. We've tried literally everything. I'm not asking for advice, just wondering if any other December babies are just as stubborn lol
