IUI when to take a pregnancy test

I had my <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> on 12/29 and my 14th will be tomorrow 1/11/2022. Still no AF should I test after my 14th day or on it. Anyone who did an <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> any advise??
