When we first started dating I was gushing at him and wanted sex all the time, I got wet just thinking and looking at him. Now i still like him it just isn’t as exciting . We have been together for 7 months

I felt like this with my husband the first few months that we were dating. We would stay up late just having sex and we had to hide from his parents lol this was in 2018. When we were dating I would go to the gym 5-6 days a week and felt really good and I was wet. And as soon as I started going to the university full time I stopped working out, I became extremely stressed working and going to school full time and my sex drive tanked. We got married in 2020 and got our own home. We don’t have to hide from anyone lol and my sex drive still hasn’t come back like how it was. Every time it feels like I’m extremely dry down there and it hurts when he’s going in. Even if I’m in the mood it’s not getting wet like before. We found out we’re preggers 2021 and now my sex drive really tanked 🙈 we have tried to have sex but I honestly feel scared and my husband is not one to go nice and slow lol anyhow I’m hoping I can get my sex drive back once we have the baby and I’m all healed up but I know things are going to change with our little one. I’m planning to go back to working out and I think I just need to plan some spontaneous things and maybe just do it in different places around the house 😂 I love him so much.

That quickly, no. At least not to the degree you're saying. You should have calmed down, but you should still be attracted to him very heavily at this point. Honestly I'm still heavily attracted to my husband and we've been together for ten years and just had our second baby yesterday.

I think everyone is different and circumstances in life matter a lot. For example, if things outside of the relationship are stressful, it’s likely that sex isn’t going to be on your mind.
Also, it’s not as if you’ve lost interest in your partner; it’s only that your sex drive has decreased. Do you still like/live him? Do you enjoy his company? Do you still enjoy being romantic with him? If so, you’re fine.
Sometimes sex drive can decrease if you feel stressed about the relationship. If that’s the case, you should should talk to him.
