What level of nausea at 12W?

12W1D, and over the last five days my nausea has completely disappeared. It’s like a switch got turned off. As happy I am for this, it’s making me nervous something is wrong (though six days ago we had our first ultrasound and all was good). 
What are others experiences at this marker?

my nausea has been gone for almost 2 weeks so i've been nervous too! i have an ultrasound today! i am 12 weeks, be positive abs blessed i know it's hard but i try to do my best at it 🙏🏼 i'm wishing you a healthy pregnancy

My nausea never goes away but this is #3 for me so I know to expect it. I hear it stopping is very common and nothing to worry about.
