implantation can take up to 12 days, as far as I've read. If so, it will take a few days for hCG levels to get high enough to be detected. It could also be af arriving early. Test again in a few days if af is a no-show. Good luck!

Do you know when you ovulated? Technically it could be if you ovulated later but if your truly 11-12 dpo I’d say it’s your AF starting a few days early.
