My bbt chart has been different from November to December to January so how am I really going to look at patterns, if every month I'm going to have a different pattern ugh!!

Mine looks different each month but the only pattern that matters is the thermal shift. I can see that I ovulate each month on CD12 (occasionally CD13).

The overall temps are different but the shift from follicular phase to luteal phase after ovulation is always the same, as it should be. You may or may not have a dip, followed by 3 consecutive days of a temp increase of AT LEAST 0.4F/0.2C. All the temps before and after those 4 days are irrelevant.
