I know this is a weird question so I apologize. 
I swallow my husbands semen and I am doing IF 16/8.  If I swallow during my fasting window, Is the fast broken? I have read that you can’t have ANY calories during the fast, but I’ve also read that it’s technically not broken unless you have under 50.  I know cum is under 50 but it’s not calorie free.
