How do you make pregnancy announcements?

Do you actually set up and take a photo or you photo edit? I mean the common announcements with letter boards, onesie, etc etc.

i got a magnetic letter board from 5 below for $5 and just set it all up myself. it was really cheap and easy and so cute

You got to buy the digital download from Etsy or other places that may sell them. I know on Etsy once you buy you can edit yourself easily!
