My last labour we had sex at 41 weeks then an hour later I had a small amount of waters break with some pink blood in them. Progressed to having intense back pains. Got to the hospital 6 hours later from all this starting and was fully dilated.

I think last time was a fluke and I’m feeling like I have no idea what to expect this time!! Defo going to try sex again if I go overdue. But what signs should I be looking out for this time that labour has started??? I feel clueless even as a second time mom!!!
