Relationship q

So I was doing some creeping on my boyfriends Instagram following and saw an account that has avid likes from him of this girl that’s from around us and I have no idea who she is and he’s never brought her up. He likes bikini pics of hers and such. It’s really really bothering me and I don’t know whether to bring it up and say I saw her on the explore page so I don’t sound so crazy. But basically what I’m asking for advice for is if it’s crazy to even bring it up. Like it obviously bothers me but I went out of my way to look for it? Is it worth bringing up or no?

I’ve been in relationships where my ex’s have had full blown texting relationships that turned to physical things and I am very aware how crazy I look going through his following to see what girls pictures he likes, it’s just trauma based and I need to work on it but it’s something I’m uncomfortable with.
