Here I am, again. With a sick toddler. I’ve already used up all my sick child days at work so I’ve been using personal and wellness to take this week off 😭 in a nutshell my son had a fever on Monday. Picked him up from daycare and took him to the doctor since he is prone to ear infections. No infection detected and had 2 negative covid tests since. Now it’s Wednesday evening, he had 2 full days of zero symptoms so I was ready to send him back to daycare tomorrow. Only now suddenly he has a fever in one ear? Is it covid? Ear infection? Has this happened to anyone else.

I’ll be taking tomorrow off and we’ll do another rapid test but man. I am so sick of this. The pandemic, my husband working in a different city. I feel like a single mom and I’m exhausted. Not to mention he’s been up multiple times at night asking for a drink - dry throat?
