Bleeding while pregnant

I just found out I'm pregnant today. I only took a test because I started what I thought was my period three days ago, but it was light. I'm still bleeding, and I just want to ask others if y'all had this kind of bleeding early in pregnancy and went on to have a healthy baby. Please give me advice....
