BFF baby name sounds like my favorite name

I’m in a sort of dilemma. I’ve had a name picked out for 13 years. Never told a soul. Not my best friend. Not my husband. No one because I’ve never wanted to jinx it. We’ve been TTC for 9 months. My best friend is currently 2 months pregnant. The name she told me she wants to use if it’s a girl sounds like/rhymes with my favorite name. Basically the same name with two different letters.

If she chooses this name will I have to pick another? I don’t want it to seem like I’m copying her. It’s not the same name, but it sounds similar. I’ve had this name in my heart for so long 😪
