Nasal Spray? How do you do it?!

How do you get your kids to take a good dose of saline spray when they throw their heads around? Lol any tricks?!!!

How old is babe?
My 5 months takes it like a champ so far. I try to make it silly. I make silly faces and bop her nose before I bring it to her nose. 
If they are older, you get better control wrapping your arms around them. So have them sit in your lap with the back at your stomach. Use one arm to hold their arms down and hold them in place. Use the other arm to quickly shoot it their nose. Speed is key.

Ive actually never given my kids saline spray. I would do humidifier or steam with peppermint or eucalyptus oil. I think I would be chasing them around the house with the spray, they would run away lol
