Uber eats.. Have you ever had a driver come back with missing item?

Okay so I’m not gonna lie this wasn’t my best reaction.. I’ve ordered from this place twice in the last week because I have been really craving bubble tea. They forgot it both times but this time I noticed it right away and asked the driver if he didn’t get the second bag. (The receipt says 2 bags in bold letters and double underlined) and he said “oh, it’s not all in that bag? Just contact the restaurant.” I said okay thank you and closed the door. Well I was feeling emotional and once I thought he walked far enough I yelled. It was just like a sort of loud “ahhhhhhh” and once again complained on the app. And got the refund. Well a few minutes later the door bell rings and it’s the driver who said he went back to the restaurant and got my drink. Idk if even enough time went by for him to make it to the restaurant and back but I felt bad because he probably heard my yell. He handed me the drink without any bag or anything which is odd. So I wonder if he just forgot it in his car and felt bad if he heard I was upset about it. I know I shouldn’t of yelled even though I thought he was gone I was just really looking forward to it😭 now I can’t even enjoy it because I feel like a spoiled bitch but I’m really not
